General Requirement:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
2. Culinary certification or equivalent experience minimum 2 years
3. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
4. Familiarity with the restaurant industry and the latest industry news.
5. Strong sense of culinary creativity.
6. Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
