Qualification :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience as Front Office Manager role in the hospitality industry.
• Being passionately committed to consistently delivering exceptional service to guest.
• Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and administrative skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with new software and digital tools.
• Young and passionate individual with strong leadership skill.
