1. Training Manager
Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years of experience delivering training, proficient in classroom management with well- developed presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated understanding of learning evaluation metrics and measurement process
• Strong team leadership and client relations skills
• Proactive, highly motivated & pleasant personality
