Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality / tourism/ hotel management
- Hands on operational experience with sales and marketing background
- Strong business acumen,strategy thinking, and driving changes
- Must have good analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Proven ability to drive revenue, guest and employee satisfaction
- Strong leadership, decision making, and developing others
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
