- Fluent in English
- Min 2 years experience in same or related position
- Having pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Detailed, high motivated, and guest oriented
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques (1)
- Strong database of domestic market especially Batam - Bintan market (1)
- Excellent problem solving skills (1)
- Familiar with OTA extranet, channel manager, and wholesales system (2)
- Familiar with hotel system (2)
