Receptionist
Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor Degree any field.
-Required skill(s): Communication Skill, Receptionist Skill, Customer Focus.
-Proficient English is a must
- Minimum height 163 cm
- Female
Applicants must be willing to work in SCBD.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide warm welcome and services to guests or visitors so that their needs and expectations are fulfilled or even exceeded.
-Provide excellent telephone services to both external and internal customers in order to fulfill or even exceed their needs and expectations.
-Organize both incoming and outgoing letters and documents to ensure that they are distributed or sent to the correct recipient safely.
-Arrange the booking of meeting room including the equipments needed and monitor its readiness to ensure that all requests are fulfilled satisfactorily.
