Job position:
1. Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and advertisers. Cold outreach may be required if there are no scheduled meetings
- Sell OnBali's advertising services, partnership placements, and other commercial offerings
- Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Close deals and achieve the set sales KPIs
- Support existing clients and identify new opportunities to increase profitability per client
- Work with CRM to record and manage client interactions
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in media, advertising, tourism, or services)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct professional business correspondence
- Experience with CRM and sales via written communication as well as in-person meetings (highly important!)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections during face-to-face meetings
Work conditions & Benefits:
- Remote work, but the majority of client meetings will be conducted in person.
- The candidate is responsible for scheduling meetings with clients and attending them personally
- Full-time position
- Fixed base salary + bonuses for closed deals
- The final compensation package will be discussed individually based on the candidate’s experience and expectations
