General Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Manager
- Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, & revenue optimization
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance & implement strategic decisions
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience and maintaining high service standards
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), CRM, and digital marketing tools
