• Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Key Requirements:
• Have HR work experience of more than 5 years
• Have High Management & Leadership Skills
• Have knowledge in terms of recruitment
• Understand matters related to HR management techniques
• Understand employment law
• Deep understanding of salary and compensation structures
• Good communication skills are needed not only in the communication
• Process with employees but also legal issues and local authority
• Have experience in matters related to HR issues
