• Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Room Service
General requirement:
• Male and age 26 - 35 years old
• Diploma / Certified in hospitality or related professional area.
Qualification / Skills :
• Familiar with operating systems (Micros / Opera / Fidelio etc.).
• Providing strong leadership and result orientated.
• English language is a must.
• Well known with different type of beverages, HACCP and the implementations.
• Planning, Training and implementing according to standards.
• Interact with guest / obtain feedback on product and service quality.
• Food & Beverage administration skills.
Work Experiences :
• Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in similar positions in a 4 or 5 stars' hotel.
• Inroom Dining expert.
Other Qualities :
• Good team worker, Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Well groomed, attractive, honest and healthy.
• Good Communication skills & willing to work as a team.
