• Chef De Cuisine
Qualifications :
• Extensive knowledge in Western / Mediterranean Italian cuisine
• At least three years in an international five-star hotel with high volume restaurant in similar position or
• Three years in an High volume restaurant with similar position
• Team player, hand on Leadership style and flexible
• Expert in planning menus and compile recipes for new menus/ food tastings
• Fully understand HACCP and food safety
• Good understanding on Food Cost % and control.
• Good training and mentoring skills
