1. Chief Steward
Qualifications / skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leader & trainer
- Proactive
- Fluent in English, written & spoken
- Extensive knowledge of HACCP
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times
- Managing the stewarding operation of 10 kitchens & 8 FB outlets and bars
- Coordinate all repair and maintenance reports for the respective departmental areas
- Ensure that all equipment specification lists are updated and controlled after every inventory
- Daily monitoring of HACCP procedures and guidelines
