Your experience and skills include :
• A minimum of 1 (one) year of experience as a Banquet Operation Manager at 4-star hotel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
What you will be doing :
• Work closely with clients and event planners to understand event requirements.
• Oversee the setup and teardown of banquet rooms according to the specifics of the event.
• Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and ordering of banquet equipment and supplies.
