1. Sous Chef
About the role:
- Assisting Head Chef in the supervision of kitchen production, and to participating in the food production
- Ensuring that the function provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and probability margins
- Supervision of kitchen staff to maintain efficient and effective operations of the department
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience within similar role
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations as well as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocol.
