1. Talent & Culture Manager
About the role:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Talent & Culture policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and labor laws; monitor labor market trends and social legislation
- Managing all aspect in Talent & Culture Department (recruitment and talent acquisition, talent learning & development, occupational health & safety, performance management, industrial relations, employee relations and welfare, remuneration, etc)
- Maintain positive working relationships with all departments and external professional contacts
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position with 4 stars hotel
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language; proficient in MS Office
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent management strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
