About the role:
- Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
- Organize and execute employees' social, athletic and recreational activities
- Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture reports
- Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
Your skills & experiences:
- Experience in the same position, experience working with 4 star hotel will be an advantage
- University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management, Psychology or related field
- High ethical standards, analytical ability, excellent communicator
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organization
