General Requirements:
- Basic English communication skills are a plus (especially for customer-facing roles)
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a hospitality or F&B-related degree is a plus
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required (training may be provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Team player with a positive and proactive mindset
