1. Waiter & Waitress
to help and support our Food and Beverage team. The Waiter & waitress maintains a cooperative relationship with the kitchen and bar team members with a close professional relationship to the Food and Beverage Manager and Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage profession principles and practices
- Good knowledge of inventory and purchasing
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and a good knowledge of English would be an advantage
- Well organized with great time management skills and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines set by the F&B Manager
- A strong work ethic and a strong team player
