Requirements :
• Min. 2-years experience in the same or similar role
• Detail oriented, dynamic and good team work
• Highly motivated, good team player, passionate, adaptable, proactive and guest oriented
• Ability to train and develop the staff, build team moral, innovative and implement new ideas (1&2)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Bahasa and English
• Highly organized with great time management skills
