1. Head Chef
Requirements:
- Associates Diploma in culinary arts or above
- Maximum age of 45 years old
- Have minimum 2 years as Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant with high standard
- Good proficiency in kitchen management
- Experience working with budget constraints & have a good skill on cost control
- Able to develop up-to-date new menu options based on seasonal changes & customer demands
- Good communication & excellent leadership skills
- Honest & responsible person with a positive attitude and high discipline
- Work well in stress situations, remain claim under pressure and able to solve problems
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment & best practices
- Good understanding of computer programs (e.g. Ms. Office)
- Credentials in health & safety training
- Available to be located in Cirebon city
