1. Sous Chef
Assisting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary experience.
2. FB Captain
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage service team, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service flow.
3. Waitress
Providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus by greeting guest, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
4. Room Attendant
Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 star hotel
- Good attitude, good communication skill and well grooming
- Fluent in English, written and verbal communication
- Familiar with VHP system
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food ingredients, and food safety standards
- Willing to be placed in Carita, Pandeglang - Banten
