We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our dynamic food and beverage team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage team performance, training, and schedules.
• Innovate menus in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Plan and execute promotional events and activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in restaurant and bar management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Creative and innovative approach to food and beverage offerings.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of hospitality software is an advantage.
