1. Reservation Manager
About the role:
- Manage reservation systems to ensure accurate and efficient handling of bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with front desk, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless reservation processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail

- Effective problem-solving skills to handle reservations issues
