• Learning & Development Manager
 
About the role:
• To managing the Learning process within the hotel
• To ensures that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel
• To analyses staff training needs and oversee and implement all departmental training program
 
Your skills & experiences:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role. at 5 star international hotel
• Proven track record in designing and delivering a variety of training programs (e.g., leadership, soft skills, compliance, etc
• Strong experience in identifying organizational training needs and implementing effective learning strategies.
