- Chef de Partie - Pastry
- Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry
- Sous Chef - Chinese Cuisine
Qualification:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a similar position in 5 (five) stars international hotel chain or authentic Chinese restaurant
- Proficiency in a role wide range of pastry techniques, including baking, chocolate work, sugar work, and pastry decoration, is essential (pastry)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing pastry menus, including innovative creations, is required (pastry)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
- Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace
- Able to join immediately
