1. Chef de Partie (CDP)
The General Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same field at 3 or 4 stars hotel chain
- Graduated from a reputable university or a specialized hospitality
- Candidate know Indonesian and Western Cuisine
- Candidate able to maintain stock and maintain food-cost standard
- Fluent in English both orally and written
- Creative team player, with a sense of initiative and dedication to deliver a high level of guest services activities
- Presentable appearance with good with good personality
