Qualification :
1. Proven a 2 years experience as Sous Chef
2. Good Communication skills
3. Good at Costing and Manage Cost
4. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations as well as HACCP
5. Able to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
6. Has good personality and attitude, always perform in professional manners.
7. Technical education in hospitality or culinary school is preferred.
