Mikie Holiday Resort, Karo, currently looking for qualified candidates for following positions:
1. HR Admin
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in psychology, human resources management, or other related field
- Able to operate Microsoft office application
- Having experience in HR Administration (training, recruitment, master data, claim, etc) is an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Berastagi & Medan
2. HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as HR Manager, Preferably in the Hospitality Industry
- Bachelor degree in psychology/ law or other relevant fields
- Good Personality & appearance, excellent leadership skill with proven coaching, training dan mentoring capabilities
- Strong Practical and proven knowledge or recruitment, HR Operational, Compensation and benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation, Familiar with payroll process and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
- Willing to be placed in Berastagi
