• Food & Beverage Manager
About the role:
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through high-quality food and beverage, presentation and service.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost F&B sales and revenue.
• Prepare and manage the F&B budget, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
Your skills & experiences:
• Several years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
