Your experience and skills include :
• Creative thinker, passionate and guest service oriented
• Highly motivated, self-driven, ability to work under Pressure and an excellent team players
• Graduated from a reputable academy or university or a specialized hospitality school
• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in similar positions in International hotel organizations
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian

• Ensures that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel
• Manages and motivates front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests
• Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
