1. Learning & Development (L&D) Executive
Your experience and skills include :
• Creative thinker, passionate and guest service oriented
• Highly motivated, self-driven, ability to work under Pressure and an excellent team players
• Graduated from a reputable academy or university or a specialized hospitality school
• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in similar positions in International hotel organizations
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
What you will be doing :
• Assist in the creation implementation and facilitation of the hotel training plan
• Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members
• update and maintain accurate records of training activities and ongoing training calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunity are maximized
