Your experience and skills include :
• Minimum 2 years cost control experience with working in hospitality
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Positive work attitude, strong discipline and responsible
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
What you will be doing :
• Supervise and organize the Storekeeper and Receiving
• Make a regular inspection of the store room and receiving area to ensure that standard policy and procedures are implemented on receiving and storing system
• Review costs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and take corrective action where required
