Your experience and skills include:
- 3 years experiences in the same position
- Able to conduct training to the other department
- Able to communicate in English fluent
- Experience in the 4 star hotel or above is an advantage
- Well know for the UUCK and local labor law
What you will be doing:
- Make decision with management in all organization and management field regarding the house rules
- Set up and controls the implementation of all decision concerning the manning, and PTEB
- Assist GM & HM in maintaining the payroll expences
