Melva Balemong Resort (4*) in Ungaran, Semarang - Central Java is seeking for qualified Indonesian citizen to fill the following positions urgently:
1. Director of Sales
2. Sales Manager
3. Executive Chef
4. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year experience in similar position from 4 or 3-star Resort/Hotel.
- Target oriented, Strong selling and Negotiation skills (1,2).
- Mastering at HACCP Standard (3, 4).
- Well acquainted with all day dining and banquet operation (3,4).
- Computer literate, Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good personality and positive attitude.
- Mature, confident and have strong leadership skills.
- Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work under pressure.
