Qualifications :
1. Excellent verbal, written and communication skill (English)
2. Local (Indonesian) Candidates
3. Excellent interpersonal, such as;
- Fluent in Spanish and Mandarin communication (verbal & written) - Strong interpersonal communication skills when dealing with problems in pressure situations
4. Sales ability (upselling), hospitality, adaptability: coping with the diversity of customers and their needs.
5. Has good knowledge about both countries culture
6. Familiar with OPERA System and 5 stars SOP
