Requirements :
• Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same role in luxury property
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances (1)
• Proficient system use: Ota extranet, channel manager, and booking engine (2)
• Experience in handling purchasing / procurement (1)
• Solid knowledge about electrical and maintenance (4)
• Familiar in operate hotel / property management system (1,2,3,4)
• Good team player and able to work effectively in a fast - paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in english
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative and open minded
• Adaptable, high initiative, discipline, meticulous, well - organized
