Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in similar position
- Possesses good leadership skills, displays natural authority with his team
- Appreciates contact with the guests
- Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic administrative duties such as scheduling & ordering
- Is comfortable in a variety of disciplines :
whole cakes, wedding cakes, plated desserts, coffee breaks, bakery, buffets, etc
- Is aware of the local trends and market
- International experience is a plus
- Is able to maintain and update the recipes following established standard
- Demonstrate good communication skill to work as a team with others department
- Fluent English is required.
