1. Executive Chef
Requirements :
• Experience in the similar position for at least 5 years
• Diploma/Certified in Culinary Arts, Chef Certification or Equivalent
• Good communication skill, honest, and strong motivated
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer needs
• Strong management, leadership, and communication skills
• Highlighted Key Skills Budgeting, Organization, Leadership, Food Cost Analysis
• Effective time management of busy kitchen section.
• Product Creative thinker who strives for innovation and has the tenacity to push new ideas through
• Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
• Familiar with VHP system
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
