General requirements :
• Has minimum 2 (Two) years' experience in a similar position in 4- or 5-stars Hotel Standard
• Previous hotel pre-opening experiences are advantage
• Excellent English with refined communication skills and strong guest service mindset
• Excellent in implementation and attention to details
• Strong in leadership skills and business acumen
• Positive attitude with pleasant personality
• Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced team environment
