Skills and Qualifications :
• Open for Local Indonesian Nationality Only
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in the same position in a hotel, beach club or restaurant background.
• Has good knowledge of labor law.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and counseling.
• The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with the team
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new application : proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to join immediately
