Qualifications:
* Diploma or preferred Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Property Industry/retail/residences
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
* Ability to analyze and provide solutions
* Customer service-oriented and detail-focused
* Good negotiation skills, high integrity and ability to interact with clients and colleagues
* Quality oriented
* Excellent communication skills in Japanese and Mandarin (as a plus)
* Understand the use of chemicals (2)
* Understand daily operational housekeeping (2)
