Mamasan Restaurant located in kerobokan is looking for:
1. Sous Chef
2. CDP
3. Senior Cook
4. Cook Pastry
5. Cook Dim Sum
6. Waiter/ess
7. Bartender/ess
General Requirement :
• Relevant education background and proven track record of working experience at least 3 years with established restaurants in similar position.
• High attention to details, have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and target oriented.
• Well knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, sanitation & safety practices (1-4).
• Strong leadership with excellent communication & interpersonal skills (1-2).
• Good communication skill in English both speaking and written.
• Good communication skill and customer service oriented (6&7).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails (7)
• Able to work under pressure
