1. Head Chef
Requirements:
• Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a head chef or in a similar position at a five-star property or restaurant.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, HACCP policies, and procedures.
• Experience in Western and Indonesian cuisine.
• Proficient knowledge of food costing, profit and loss management, and expense forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
