Mad Cow Wine & Grill Bandung, currently looking for a talented and experienced Indonesian young Chef as a
1. Chef de Partie
General requirement:
• Prefer under 30 yo.
• 4-5 years working experiences as a Professional chef and 1-2 years as a Jr. Sous / CDP in 5* chain hotel specialty in premium steakhouse / Fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and have experiences to lead and supervise for 4-5 line cook in other sections. And will work together with the Sous chef.
• Knows, implemented and supervise the daily & monthly inventory together with the Sous Chef and cost controller.
• HACCP knowledge is a must, able to train the junior chefs.
• Have a winner experience in cooking competition is a plus.
• Mature attitude with consistent integrity.
