Requirements:
- Domiciled in Bali
- Have experienced min 3 years as a HR Manager (preferred from hospitality industry)
- Familiar handle more than one company with bigger staffing
- Strong understanding of ManPower regulation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Able to multitask, work well with managing stressful and high pressure situation
- Fluent in English, writing or oral
- Able to join immediately
