Responsibilities :
• Manage the daily operations of Bali's most luxurious Villa
• Strong Guest Relations and Guest Service skills
• Supervise, service, maintenance and admin to international standards
• Train and mentor staff to luxury service standards
Qualifications :
• Significant experience in luxury hospitality management
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, quick response and interpersonal skills
• Perfect English proficiency
• Ability to work independently and with initiative
• Problem solver with ideas how to fix issues
