Lumire Hotel and Convention Center Jakarta, we are looking for a highly motivated
• Food and Beverage Manager
Who will running Food and Beverage Department in line with Hotel's policies and standards.
General Qualifications :
• Has a minimum of 2 years solid experience in Food and Beverage management & must have existing. experience as Food and Beverage Division Leader, preferably for a large operation of multi outlets,e.g bar & banqueting in a luxury hotel environment.
• Creative and innovative and possess excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary's resourceful in maintaining high-level quality products and uphold a positive customer image.
• Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment that prevent a downfall & is swift in performance improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Management or Business Management or a related field.
