1. Executive Chef
General Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management is required
- Minimum 3 years previous experience as an Executive Chef in a well-established international chain hotels in Indonesia
- Passion for creating, enhancing culinary style and exhibiting passion for culinary arts
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Proven leadership ability that supports an environment of employee growth and development, Communication skill, Teamwork and exceptional customer service
- Credentials in health and safety training
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Willing to be join ASAP
