General Requirement :
- Min. 2 years experience as HR Manager, preferable in Hotel group
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Professional HR qualification
- Mastery of technical HR competencies in recruitment, training and employee relations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with HRIS
