Residence Manager
General Requirements:
- Recognized Degree/Diploma or Professional qualification(s) in hospitality/hotel/management
- At least 5 years of substantial experience with a proven track record in managing mid to high-end-hotels
- Mature, self-motivated, confident and arability to influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholders across varying levels
- Strong leadership and management skills
- High achiever, results oriented with good business acumen
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, arability to think out of the box
- Multi-task and thrive well in fast paced work environment
- Familiar with P&L
- Indonesian citizens only
