• General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall hotel operations with professionalism and integrity
• Develop business strategies to boost hotel revenue
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage staff, finances, and daily Operations effectively
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Strong leadership, team management, and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian
